Pre-Hockey Instruction
Bill has taught begining hockey players how to skate and love the game of hockey for over 40+ years, helping improve numerous programs, building great organizations!
Research as a young coach into child education and psychology served as a foundation for developing lesson plans and drill structure for all levels of pre-hockey.
Where
Bill is currently training players in the Wilmette Park District, Little Blackhawks and through small group lessons.
Instruction Methods
Players learn best when they are constantly active, progressing at their own pace. Types of drills used: 'assembly line' continuous movment on a 'race course', random drills allowing players to get as many reps as they wish.
